In order to be entitled to newer versions of the software you must maintain your support cover once your initial one or three year period has expired.
Additionally, access to our email based support services is available only to customers with current support entitlement.
Maintain your support entitlement by purchasing an extension here; once purchased we will contact you to ensure that your records are updated appropriately.
